ADMISSION INTO SCHOOL OF NURSING, IYIENU 21/22 ACADEMIC SESSION

PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASE OF ADMISSION FORM AND REGISTRATION

NB: PLS, DO NOT PAY ANY MONEY TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR PRIVATE ACCOUNT YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK

 

  1. Pay a non refundable fee of twelve thousand, four hundred naira (#12,400) only into any of the following accounts:
    1. Akuchukwu Microfinance Bank located within the hospital vicinity
      1. Account Name: Iyienu School of Nursing
      2. Account number: 0111000168
    2. EcoBank: Any branch nationwide
      1. Account Name: Iyienu School of Nursing
      2. Account number : 2182038360
    3. Those who pay through Akuchukwu MBF are expected to proceed to the account section to change their teller to receipt.
    4. Proceed to the School of Nursing for upload of your receipt and complete your registration.
    5. For those afar, who pay via 1ii above, you are expected to click on the link http://iyienusonam.co.uk/p/jaxt.php?n=n fill the form and upload your teller, alternatively,
      1. Click on iyienusonam.co.uk
      2. Click on Application Form
      3. Click on ‘’Submit Teller”
      4. Fill the form and input all information correctly.
    6. After submission, your PIN would automatically be generated and sent to your email within minutes/hours.
    7. Once the pin is gotten, log on to http://iyienusonam.co.uk/p/jax_reg.php and input the pin exactly the way it is sent to you to access your form.
    8. Fill the form and provide all necessary information accurately. At the end of the form, you are expected to create a username and password easy for you to remember before submitting the form online. The password and username enables you to access your data any time and any day.
    9. After submission, you are expected to print out your exam slip which provides you your exam number, exam date and exam date.
    10. Keep the exam slip safe as it gives you access to the exam hall.

Requirement

  1. You must be a science student that have graduated from secondary school or in SSS3
  2. A minimum of five(5) O’level credit in not more than two (sittings) from WAEC/GCE, NECO and NABTEB. You can combine WAEC and NECO but not NABTEB

      Closing date of form sales will be 2nd week in June while the entrance examination would hold throughout the 3rd week in June.

      The exam is is going to be written base and JAMB standard. You’re required to prepare by covering all areas of your O’level covering English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Current Affairs.

      Yes there is a booklet containing past questions which is given to those who register in the school… In case you register yourself, you’ll have to present evidence of payment before twill be given to you…

      The entrance examination comes up 3rd week in June. Several days will be used for the exam depending on the exam number. You are to register to know d day your exam fall into.

      1. You’re been scored over 100% and the pass mark is 50%. The higher your score the better your chance..
      2. The exams will be set from English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry,Current Affairs and History of the hospital…

  2. Please what are the credentials I need to come with to he school when coming to buy my form so I can buy, get the form, fill same day since am coming from afar. Good evening.

      Your passport,personal details including your email. Your credentials would be looked into once you pass the exams

  3. Will it be easy for someone who left secondary school over 20years ago to pass your entrance exams? Also is there any consideration for graduates of science courses?

      Passing the exam irrespective of the year you graduated actually depends on individual difference, We have people in the school under same criteria you mentioned. So, you will do well.
      Concerning the second question, actually, the credentials we consider are that of the O’levels.

      You don’t have to come to the school to do the registration, you can do it anywhere. 1ii refers to those who are staying afar and paying through EcoBank

      The entrance exams will last for days, between 15th to 19th June. When you register, you will know the specific day your exams fall into.

      Enter a vehicle going to Ogidi, endeavour to inform the conductor before entering the vehicle, because Iyienu Hospital is along the way and the first community of Ogidi, when coming from Bidgehead.

      Oh, so sorry, at the moment the NMCN regulating all nursing schools and departments of the federation does not allow that.

      Please, we advice you make proper inquiries before embarking on such long journey. Once you reach Onitsha(Upper Iweka), take a bus going to Ogidi, Iyienu is along the road. Please, tell the conductor. The fare is not more than 150.
