The College of Nursing Sciences, Iyienu is presently selling her post UTME form for 2025/26 academic session.
Those eligible to purchase the form must have written JAMB this year and have their O’level results complete or written WAEC/NECO this year.
The procedure for purchase of form is outlined below.
- Pay a non-refundable fees of twenty-five thousand naira (#25000) only into any of the following bank

- After payment, upload your teller details to the link https://www.iyienusonam.co.uk/submit-teller/ . most importantly, your email address must be very correct
- Once your teller is uploaded and payment is confirmed, an automatic generated pin will be sent to your mail. This pin gives your access to your form
- Click on the link and key in your pin to fill the form https://www.iyienusonam.co.uk/application-registration/ . After filling out the form and uploading all necessary documents, submit the form and print out your exam slip.
- Your printed slip contains all the details of your exams. Keep the slip as it gives you access to the exam hall.
